These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between the bit jili platform ("we", "bit jili") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the use of the bitjili.im website and mobile app.

4Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• After a deposit, your balance is typically updated within 1–3 minutes
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made per day
• Withdrawals must be made to the same number used for the deposit
• Bit jili does not charge any transaction fees

In cases of fraud or suspicious transactions, bit jili reserves the right to block any transaction and verify the associated account.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bit jili offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Please keep the following terms in mind when using any bonus:

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Bonuses can only be used on selected games
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Bonus offers cannot be used after their expiry date
• Any bonus obtained using false information will be forfeited along with any associated winnings
• Bit jili reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

A wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times. For example, a ৳100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳3,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

6Gaming Policy & Fairness

All games on bit jili are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and unbiased.

• There is no way to alter or manipulate game outcomes
• Independent auditors regularly verify the RNG
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the game may be cancelled or restarted
• If a game disconnects due to an internet issue, it will resume from the last saved state
• Any dispute regarding game results must be reported to support within 72 hours

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bit jili:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Using automated bots or software to play
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Harassing or defrauding other members

8Account Suspension & Closure

Bit jili may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated
• If identity verification fails
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If a suspicious transaction is detected
• At the member's own request

We will notify users before closing their account where possible. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

• Any member may set their own deposit limit
